The following Terms and Conditions apply when using your VIP account. You automatically accept these terms and conditions when you create your account, and again each time you log in or top up. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions contained in this document then you must not open or use a VIP account from vip.cbfsms.com

1. Signup
1.1 Personal Information
You agree that the information you provide to us in your signup form is accurate and correct, and for yourself. You agree that if your information should change at any time then you will contact Customer Service using the means provided within your account and notify them of the changes immediately.
1.2 Credit Card details
You agree that the credit card details you enter are accurate and correct and that they are your own and no one elses. CardBoardFish will manually authorise every purchase to minimise errors and prevent fraud. Suspicious details may be passed directly to the relevant law enforcement agency.
1.3 Promotion Codes
If entering a promotion code during signup, you agree that you have read and understood all terms and conditions relating to the code, and that the code was intended for use by yourself. Promotion codes are not transferable.
1.4 Acceptance
CardBoardFish reserves the right to decline any application for whatever reason it sees fit. Accounts may be closed or suspended at any time, and CardBoardFish has the right to do this without reason or refund. Applications will usually be processed within 12-24 hours, though may take as long as is necessary.
1.5 Cancellation
You can cancel your application by replying to the confirmation email that you will receive within minutes of submitting it. Within the reply, you must include your account name and state your request to cancel. If your email is read before your application is processed, your application will be declined. Once your account is opened you can cancel within 7 days and receive a refund for any unused credits.
2. Account Use
2.1 Law
You agree to use your account adhering to UK law.
2.2 Abusive Messages
It is illegal to send abusive or otherwise harmful messages. You should note that this service is not anonymous, and that all actions conducted within your account can be traced. CardBoardFish will always assist law enforcement agencies in the case of illegal activity.
2.3 Abuse of the System
Any attempt to abuse the system through use of improper promotion codes or other methods is strictly forbidden. Causing disruption to the service or other users, using false credit card information or promotion codes, or gaining more credits than you are entitled to will lead to criminal prosecution.
2.4 General
Your account is not transferable and you are solely responsible for any actions carried out from within your account. Your account is for personal use only.
3. Data Storage
3.1 Personal Data
Your personal data is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 on secured systems. CardBoardFish may use your personal data to contact you if necessary.
3.2 Data stored in your account
All data stored in your account is your responsibility and you have sole liability for the implications of storing such data.
3.3 Data loss
CardBoardFish cannot be held responsible for any data loss which occurs concerning your account. As you are responsible for your stored data, you should keep backups of anything important incase it cannot be recovered.
3.4 Holding Data
CardBoardFish reserves the right to retain your data for up to six years from your last login date.
4. Topping up
4.1 Credit Cards
You agree that the credit card details you enter are accurate and correct and that they are your own and no one elses. CardBoardFish will manually authorise every purchase to minimise errors and prevent fraud. Suspicious details may be passed directly to the relevant law enforcement agency.
4.2 Acceptance
You will be notified by email of your topup status, usually within 12-24 hours. This will be in the form of an Accept or a Decline.
5. SMS
5.1 SMS Expiry
SMS messages purchased have no expiry. However, if you do not log in to your account for three months then you will no longer be bound by these terms and conditions (until you log in again, if you log in again) and your account, including any unused credits, will be subject to removal without refund.
5.2 Coverage
CardBoardFish cannot guarantee SMS coverage. A coverage list is provided at vip.cbfsms.com as a guide. You accept that CardBoardFish will not offer a refund of credits if the network you desire to send to is not supported - whether on the coverage list or not.
5.3 Delivery
CardBoardFish cannot guarantee SMS delivery. Delivery confirmation is provided in your account as a guide. This information is updated in realtime from the recipient network. No refunds will be given for messages that are not delivered, or for messages for which delivery confirmation is not available.
5.4 Content
You agree that you will not send SMS messages containing illegal content from this system. It is illegal to send SMS messages to unrelated recipients on mass (SPAM) and also to send abusive or threatening SMS messages. CardBoardFish will always assist law enforcement agencies in the case of a breech. You agree not to use VIPSMS for commercial or marketing purposes.
5.5 Logging
All SMS messages you send are logged. You can get a basic view of these logs in your VIPSMS Account under the "Sent SMS" section. Just as messages cannot be deleted from our logs, messages cannot be deleted from the "Sent SMS" screens. We believe this is in your interest, so you know exactly what SMS messages have been issued from your account in your name.
6. Customer Support
6.1 Using Customer Support
Using the Help section in your VIP account, you can send a request to Customer Services for support. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse, and any account sending abusive or threatening messages (including messages that contain swearing) to Customer Support will be terminated immediately and without refund.
6.2 Response Times
Our turnaround for Customer Support requests is 24 hours. All support requests will receive an auto response message to confirm receipt. If you do not receive an auto response message at your specified email address then you should resubmit the request after 24 hours.
6.3 Confidentiality
All communication with Customer Support is private and confidential and cannot be disclosed to anyone other than yourself under any circumstances without prior permission from Customer Support.
7. Data Protection Act of 1998
7.1 Registration
CardBoardFish is a Registered Data Controller under the Data Protection Act of 1998.
7.2 General
CardBoardFish conforms with the Data Protection Act of 1998 in full and requires you to do the same. The information you provide must be accurate and correct and you must inform us of any changes or inaccuracies.
8. Communications
8.1 Use of your Personal Information
In accordance with our Privacy Statement, we may contact you using your personal details if we deem this necessary.
8.2 Updates
You will be notified of most updates on the welcome screen that you see when you first log into your VIP account. These updates let you know of new features and system issues, including maintenance. It is your responsibility to regularly check this screen.
9. General
9.1 Changes to the System
The system, including all pricing and coverage, is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
9.2 System Availability
Whether for maintenance or otherwise, there will be periods when you cannot access your VIPSMS account due to the system being offline or unavailable. No refunds will be given for any period where VIPSMS is unavailable under any circumstances.
9.3 Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and will be made available at this address.
9.4 Release from the Terms and Conditions
You are bound by these terms and conditions until you receive confirmation from us by email that your account has been terminated and that you have been released from these terms and conditions.
9.5 Cancellation
Only an email from the "Help" section within your account will be accepted as a cancellation request, and must clearly state your wish for the account to be closed. No refunds for any remaining credits will be given, unless you are within 7 days of purchase.
